East Coast Adventure survival courses aim to introduce participants in every aspect of surviving in an outdoor environment.
Throughout the duration of the survival course, groups will learn through experience the essential skills required to survive in an outdoor environment.
Participants will build their own shelters, create a campfire, cook their own food and navigate safely whilst under strict supervision from our highly qualified and experienced staff.
Whilst in the outdoor environment, the participants will have an opportunity to experience various outdoor pursuits, for example rock climbing, abseiling and hill walking.
As well as being informative and fun, participants will find that the programme will encourage teamwork, build confidence and respect for both each other and the outdoor environment.
Location
East Coast Survival programmes take place in the Mourne & Cooley Mountains, famous for excellent rock climbing and hill walking, and spectacular views. Exact locations will be chosen with careful consideration of the groups required needs, general fitness, numbers and length of programme.
Supervision
All supervisory staff are trained in Mountain Leadership skills and First Aid. East Coast Adventure staff will also have personal knowledge of the location being used for the programme. At Corporate Solutions, safety is of paramount importance. We will ensure that programmes are informative and fun and safe at all times.

All participants will be provided with the necessary equipment for the programme, for example, shelter building equipment, sleeping bags, bivvy bags, cooking equipment and all safety equipment required for specific outdoor pursuits, for example, harnesses for rock climbing.
