BOOKING CONDITIONS: Upon securing your booking it is necessary to sign up to our terms of trade:
BOOKING FORM: All bookings must be on the official booking form and be completed and signed by the person who is responsible for the booing (provisional booking may be made by email or phone but completed and signed booing form and deposit must be secured within 5 working days of the provisional)
DEPOSIT: A deposit of 30% per person per person is a booking fee and forms part of the full payment of the programme. The deposit must be received before the reservation will be confirmed.
YOUR DEPOSIT IS NON-TRANFERABLE & NON REFUNABLE
BALANCE PAYMENT:Must be received 8 weeks prior to date of arrival. Non-compliance with this condition will result in automatic cancellation and your deposit will be forfeited.
LATE BOOKING: A booking made on a date less than 8 weeks prior to the commencement date of booking must be accompanied by payment of the full amount before booking will be confirmed.
CANCELLATION: In the event of any booking being cancelled 8 weeks prior of less prior to commencement date of booking – the amount in full will be forfeited. Deposit remains non-refundable
RIGHT TO DECLINE: East Coast Adventure reserves the right to decline a booking for any reason.
RIGHT TO CANCEL: East Coast Adventure reserves the right to cancel a programme should a participant prove to be difficult or pose a danger to other members of group or staff members.
RIGHT TO RESCHEDULE: Inclement weather conditions may cause a programme to be cancelled or re-arranged.
RESPONSIBILITY: The Group leader or parent organisation remains responsible for the behaviour of the group at all times, and for the safety of the group when outside of activity sessions. East Coast Adventure accept no liability for group members.
Persons participating in any activities provided by East Coast Adventure do so voluntarily and at their own risk.
