East Coast Adventure has been leading the way for over 25 years delivering team  building, leadership development and management training.  We provide a wide range of training courses for managers and team members, including proactive people management training, motivational management training, emotional intelligence training and much more.

East Coast Adventure specialize in providing interactive and inspiring learning for individuals, teams and organisations with a results-focused facilitation.

As well as focused training and development we also offer a wide range of fun corporate experiences such as “The Spirit of Mourne” guided walk with whisky tasting, stand up giant paddle boarding and canoeing to name but a few. We mix these with other activities such as Indoor Archery, Climbing tower and fun group team games.

We have over 25 year’s experience in the industry delivering to both public and private sectors.
